“阳曲小米”营养丰富，能量范围1498~1577kJ/100g、脂肪3.1~4.9g/100g，均高于GB/T19503~2008标准；蛋白质9.2~11g/100g；16种氨基酸总量为9.5~10.9g/100g，其中丙氨酸含量较高；膳食纤维4.0~6.2g/100g；含有丰富的钙、铁、锌、硒等微量元素；维生素含量高，尤其是维生素E含量高达11.2~145mg/100g；碳水化合物含量较低、丙氨酸较高的特点使其更适于高血糖人群食用。

人文历史

阳曲小米，据传在夏商时期就有种植，一直以来是黄河流坡的主要农作物。

清光绪二十六年，慈禧太后同光绪帝仓皇从京城出透途经阳曲时，喝了一碗阳曲小米粥，连连夸赞味美香甜。

近年来，阳曲县把发展壮大“阳曲小米”产业。作为农业高质量转型发展的重要内容、作为全面推进乡村振兴的重要举措：多次参加国内国际农博会、农交会；多次走进各大知名电商平台，走进央视大舞台，提升了在全国的影响力和知名度。

Humanistic History

Yangqu millet, reportedly planted during the Xia and Shang dynasties, has always been the main crop in the Yellow River Basin.

In the 26th year of the reign of Emperor Guangxu in the Qing Dynasty, Empress Dowager Cixi and Emperor Guangxu drank a bowl of Yangqu millet porridge while passing Yangqu from the capital in a hurry, praising its delicious taste.

In recent years, Yangqu County has developed and expanded the Yangqu millet industry. As an important part of the high-quality transformation and development of agriculture, and as an important measure to comprehensively promote rural revitalization, it has participated in domestic and international agricultural expos and trade fairs multiple times, visited major well-known e-commerce platforms multiple times, and stepped onto the CCTV stage, enhancing its influence and popularity nationwide.

产地环境

阳曲县国土总面积为2070.63平方公里，总人口为15.8万人，地处山西省中部，忻定盆地与晋中盆地之间，有“河朔之喉，天下之脊”之称；海拔高度在800~2100米之间。

阳曲县土肥地平，气候温和，雨热同季，盆地、河谷暖而苔地、丘陵凉，年平均气温8.7℃；年平均日照时数2627.2小时；年平均降雨441.2毫米，无霜期164天；土壤类型为褐土和潮土，结构独特，既保水又保墒，非常益于谷子生长。

阳曲小米种植区域主要以天然降水主，谷子拔节孕穗期和灌浆蜡熟期，光照充足，雨量适中，昼夜温差大，有利于营养物质积累、提高品质。全县境内无任何煤、铁、化工等污染企业，大气、水源、土壤状态原始，且海拔高、无雾霾、无污染，优质谷子生长提供了独特的气候和地理条件，是山西省优质小米的最佳产区。

保护范围：阳曲县黄寨镇、东黄水镇、泥屯镇、大盂镇和侯村乡、高村乡、凌井店乡、杨兴乡、西凌井乡、北小店乡。

Origin environment

Yangqu County has a total land area of 2070.63 square kilometers and a population of 158000. It is located in the central part of Shanxi Province, between the Xinding Basin and the Jinzhong Basin, and is known as the “throat of the Heshuo and the backbone of the world”. The altitude ranges from 800 to 2100 meters.

Yangqu County has fertile soil and a mild climate, with hot and rainy seasons. The basin and valley are warm while the moss and hills are cool, with an average annual temperature of 8.7 ℃;The average annual sunshine hours are 2627.2 hours. The average annual rainfall is 441.2 millimeters, with a frost free period of 164 days. The soil types are brown soil and tidal soil, with a unique structure that preserves both water and moisture, which is very beneficial for the growth of foxtail millet.

The planting area of Yangqu millet is mainly dominated by natural precipitation during the jointing, booting, and ripening stages. It has sufficient sunlight, moderate rainfall, and a large temperature difference between day and night, which is conducive to nutrient accumulation and improving quality. There are no coal, iron, chemical or other polluting enterprises in the entire county. The atmosphere, water sources, and soil are primitive, and the high altitude, haze free, and pollution-free conditions provide unique climate and geographical conditions for the growth of high-quality millet. It is the best production area for high-quality millet in Shanxi Province.

Scope of protection: Huangzhai Town, Donghuangshui Town, Nitun Town, Dayu Town, Houcun Township, Gaocun Township, Lingjingdian Township, Yangxing Township, Xilingjing Township, and Beixiaodian Township in Yangqu County.

产业发展

阳曲县依托创建省级现代农业产业示范区、有机旱作谷子省级现代农业产业园和太原北部旱作农业特色产业示范区“三项省级”战略机遇，建成泥屯、东黄水2个有机旱作谷子主产区、2个现代化小米杂粮加工区、1个阳曲小米物流配送区、1个阳曲小米电子商务区、8个优质谷子核心示范区和100多个农村益农信息社，发展10万余亩优质谷子，加大“三品一标”认证和品牌培育力度，促进优势农产品向优势产业区聚集，带动全县农业、工业和服务业三大产业健康协调发展。

2020年全县累计培育6家农业企业、80个农民专业合作社、150个种粮大户从事或参与谷子小米产业，带动全县1.6余万农户（户均）增收1874元（其中贫困户2194户，户均增收1890元）直接增收效益达6000余万元。

Industry Development

It develops over 100000 mu of high-quality millet, increases the "three products and one standard" certification and brand cultivation efforts, promotes the gathering of advantageous agricultural products in advantageous industrial areas, and drives the agriculture, industry, and services of the entire county. The healthy and coordinated development of the three major industries.

In 2020, a total of 6 agricultural enterprises, 80 farmer professional cooperatives, and 150 grain growing households were cultivated in the county to engage in the millet industry, driving an increase in income of over 16000 households (per household) by 1874 yuan (including 2194 impoverished households, with an increase of 1890 yuan per household). The direct increase in income benefits reached over 60 million yuan.
