It has the characteristics of fragrance, sweetness, crispness, and high water content. The soluble solids are 12.5-14.0%, the total sugar is 8.70-9.80%, the titratable acid content is 0.08-0.17%, and the sugar acid ratio is 68.22-95.31:1; The flesh has a hardness of 48.02 N/square centimeter and a vertical striped red halo on the sunny side.

人文历史

隰县历史悠久，素有“河东重镇、三晋雄邦”之美誉。公元前17世纪，是商朝属下的基方小国部落；公元前11世纪，西周分封诸候，属同姓诸候国中的蒲国；春秋时代，晋文公重耳分封此地，史称蒲邑。

隰县地处晋西吕梁山南麓、临汾市西北边缘，位于北纬36°30＇～36°55＇、东经110°15＇～110°55＇之间；209国道纵贯南北，省道洪永线横穿东西；全县总面积1415.3平方公里，行政区划为7个乡镇。
